FAQ

HOW DO CHECK-INS WORK?

1

Check-ins are the foundation of the coaching process. They allow me to evaluate your progress, identify what's working, determine what needs adjustment, and make sure you're moving toward your goals as efficiently as possible.

Each week, you'll submit your check-in data, which may include bodyweight trends, progress photos, training performance, nutrition adherence, activity levels, and any relevant notes about recovery, sleep, hunger, energy, or lifestyle factors.

Once your check-in has been reviewed, I'll provide feedback, answer any questions, and make adjustments to your training, nutrition, or cardio plan as needed.

The more accurate and complete your check-in is, the better decisions we can make moving forward.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CHECK-IN?

2

Life happens. Missing a check-in isn't the end of the world.

That said, progress is built through consistency, and regular communication is a major part of the coaching process. When check-ins are missed, it becomes much harder to accurately assess progress and make informed adjustments to your plan.

I won't chase you down for updates. Your results ultimately depend on your level of engagement and commitment. The clients who get the best results are almost always the ones who consistently show up, communicate, and follow through on the process week after week.

If something comes up, communicate with me. A delayed check-in is always better than disappearing completely.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

3

The answer depends on your starting point, your goals, and most importantly, your consistency.

What you should not expect is a dramatic overnight transformation. Sustainable fat loss, muscle gain, strength development, and habit formation all take time.

What you can expect is a structured plan, objective feedback, ongoing support, and a proven process designed to help you make meaningful progress over the long term.

The clients who experience the greatest success are the ones who embrace the process, stay patient, and focus on executing the plan day after day rather than chasing quick results.

Slow but steady progress will always outperform and outlast rapid, dramatic change.

IS EVERYTHING CUSTOM-BUILT?

4

Yes.

There are no one-size-fits-all templates here.

Your training, nutrition recommendations, activity targets, and coaching strategy are built around your individual goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, recovery capacity, and rate of progress.

As you change, the plan changes with you.

Coaching is not just about receiving a program; it's about having an experienced coach continually evaluate your progress and make regular informed adjustments as needed so that you can keep moving forward.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I EXPECT TO INVEST?

4

The coaching process is designed to fit into your life, not consume it.

Most clients spend only a few minutes each day logging data, tracking workouts, and staying organized. Weekly check-ins typically take a little more time, but the process is straightforward and becomes second nature very quickly.

The real investment isn't time; it's consistency.

You don't need to spend hours every day thinking about fitness. You simply need to execute the plan, communicate honestly, and repeat the fundamentals long enough for them to work.

Remember: you're being given a blueprint. The stress of figuring out what to do has already been removed. Your job is to follow the blueprint consistently and trust the process.

These would also work well as expandable accordion sections on a sales page because they reinforce your core coaching philosophy: consistency, patience, accountability, and individualized programming.
