About Caleb
I’ve spent the last 11+ years in the coaching and fitness industry, combining hands-on experience with my background in kinesiology. I got my start working in commercial gyms while finishing my degree, and since then I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, from everyday clients looking to feel better and get stronger to competitive athletes striving for high-level performance. I’ve also worked with high school swimmers in both the pool and weight room, with many going on to earn scholarships. In addition, I’ve led teams of strength coaches and helped develop educational content for growing fitness businesses.
My coaching style is rooted in evidence-based training, but always tailored to the individual. Whether the goal is building strength, improving performance, or creating lasting results, I focus on helping people succeed in a way that fits their life.
Fitness was a turning point in my life during a time when I needed structure, confidence, and growth. It taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of investing in yourself.
